Submission and Deadlines
Submitting your Application
Seal your completed application in one envelope. The recommendation form may be sealed in a smaller envelope inside the application envelope. You may hand deliver or mail your application to the Chamber of Commerce office at the following address:

Deadline for Receipt
Your completed application must arrive at the Plano Chamber of Commerce office no later than:
5:00 p.m. on June 15
If you mail your application, be sure to allow sufficient transit time for delivery by the deadline.
If June 15 is a Saturday or Sunday, your application must be in the chamber office by 5:00 p.m. on the following Monday.
