Luncheons
The Plano Chamber of Commerce Women’s Division luncheons are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at Gleneagles Country Club. The cost is $25.00 for members, $35.00 for non-members and guests. Gleneagles Country Club is located at 5401 West Park Boulevard in Plano.
Registration and networking begin at 11:30 am and the program starts promptly at noon. Lunch and business are concluded by 1:00 pm.

Never done this before? It’s super simple! Just read below:
- After you check in at Registration, take a seat at your table.
- You will see a number in front of your place setting.
- When it’s time, the Director will make the announcement - move to the table number that coordinates with the one you have in front of you.
(Ex. If you have number 4, go to Table 4 next and sit at another number)
- Once everyone sits at your new table, a volunteer at the table will be “Time Keeper”. (Please Stay On Time to give everyone their chance)
- Each person will have 30 seconds to promote their business, and distribute business cards.
- When it’s time to move again, look at the number in front of you, and off you go for another round!

• Reservations MUST BE MADE (by noon!) the Friday prior to the luncheon.
• All reservations made through Margaret (after the deadline) will be charged $40.00

You can still pay by cash or check but you will need to go to the Chamber office before noon on the Friday prior to our lunch and deliver your reservation and payment or mail it so that it arrives by the RSVP deadline.
You can mail a check to the Plano Chamber of Commerce Women’s Division, 1200 East 15th Street, Plano, TX 75074. Checks must be received by the Friday prior to the luncheon to secure your reservation.

After attending two Women’s Division meetings, if you are not already a member you are asked to join the Plano Chamber to continue taking advantage of these great educational and networking sessions.

Luncheon Sponsorship Opportunities:
PROGRAM - $150.00 (subject to change): Increase your visibility to other Plano Chamber of
Commerce Women's Division meeting attendees by sponsoring a monthly luncheon/meeting.
The program sponsor is afforded the opportunity to give a 3-minute presentation to the group
and the exclusive opportunity, along with the speaker, to distribute promotional materials at
each table. Additionally, the sponsor is entitled to the banner ad on the front page of our
monthly newsletter.
NEWSLETTER - $50.00 (subject to change): Sponsoring the monthly newsletter is another great way to support the Women’s Division and promote your business to this influential group. You will receive a front-page ad measuring approximately 2” x 6”.
All 2010 Luncheon Sponsorships are filled.
